Today in the Village of Silwan, just beyond the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem, four children (if not more), conducted a preplanned ambush of an Israeli vehicle with rocks as no less than 6 members of the press eagerly waited for the prized footage of the inevitable injury that was to result. To read proper coverage of the event click here.
Sadly the method of using children in this pre-meditated attack is nothing new in trying to capture images to be used as propaganda and incite the world against Israel. This time the video doesn't lie, it doesn't get any uglier than this. Ask yourself what kind of human being would sit by and watch a group of children not only violently attack another individual, but actually stand in the sidelines knowing all to well that these children are putting themselves in danger. And the answer is an unethical photographer waiting to get a shot of a bloody or dead child to sell to the media.
For those of you who have to wonder who to believe, as my friend Dan did, after reading two contradictory articles in competing Israeli media outlets, wonder no more. That is, unless it makes perfect sense to you that a pack of media wolves stand idly by as children put their lives in danger to violently attack another and in an effort to score sympathy points in the media.
Warning: The following video footage contains graphic images of a child being hit by a car. Pay attention to the clip directly after the children throwing rocks get hit, in which you can see the members of the media coming out into the street to help only after they got their footage of children being harmed.

I don't know about you but I think it would have been better to prevent the kid from getting hit by the car as opposed to only helping him afterwards. But then again, I'm not an unethical photographer looking for the right footage to demonize and incite against Israel. Apparently a child's life is a price they're willing to pay.
Please pass this on. Demand accountability from the media who are so ready to put children's lives in jeopardy and cynically use them for their own political purposes. And demand ethical reporting. This is both a travesty of humanity and illustrates the corruption of the media, particularly as it pertains to coverage of the Arab Israeli conflict.
